What is our whey to casein ratio?Updated a year ago

Our whey to casein ratio for all three stages sits around 20:80 which is the natural ratio for whole, natural goat’s milk. Goat’s milk has been scientifically proven to be more easily digested when consumed in its natural balance of whey to casein which is why we fell in love with it – for its natural goodness.

Goat’s milk is generally easier for babies to digest for several reasons: firstly, it naturally contains more A2 casein. Goat milk has less than half the A1 casein protein found in cow’s milk. Like in adults, the A1 protein can be the cause of many digestive issues in babies including bloating, constipation, wind, and pain. Finally, our goat’s milk is a rich source of nutrients including oligosaccharides, or pre-biotics, that assist digestion.
