What happens if I make a mistake on my order?Updated 2 years ago
Please contact us via the Careline immediately if you have noticed you have made a mistake when ordering. In some cases, if we can intercept the order, within the first hour of it being placed, we may be able to make the necessary changes.
If you have made a mistake when ordering, and we are unable to stop the order from dispatching, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or replacement.
We will always do our best to help our LittleOak families.
